Brigade is a full-service branding solution that offers a cohesive suite of merch design, Shopify store services (design, management, fulfillment, and marketing), merch display design, drop-shipping, decorating (screen printing, embroidery, and DTF transfers), laser engraving, large vinyl printing (stickers, banners, signage, vehicle wraps, and window decor), event swag, and live brand activation events. Basically: if you have an idea, we’ll go the extra mile to bring it to life.

We're just as excited as you are! We've made our process as clear and straightforward as possible to ensure your project goes smoothly from start to finish. Here’s a step-by-step look at what you can expect:
- Initial Inquiry: You reach out to us with your project idea, and we'll connect with you to discuss the details, your goals, and the best merchandise options to fit your needs.
- Quote & Design: We provide a comprehensive, transparent quote. Our design team will then work with you to finalize your artwork. Whether you have a completed logo or just a rough concept, we'll make sure the design is perfect.
- Mock-up Approval: Once the design is ready, we’ll send you a digital mock-up of what your finished products will look like. This is your chance to review everything and give us your final approval before we begin production.
- Production: With your approval, your project is moved into our production queue. Our team gets to work creating your products with our expert craftsmanship and attention to detail. This is when your typical turnaround time begins.
- Quality Check & Shipping: We perform a final quality check on every item to ensure it meets our high standards. Your order is then carefully packed and shipped to your door, ready for you to share with your audience!
Project & Design
Do you have minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
Our mission is to empower everyone, which is why we proudly operate with a "no minimums" policy for most projects. We believe that everyone, from Mom & Pop shops to passionate individuals and small school clubs, should have access to high-quality custom merchandise. While some complex projects may have practical minimums to ensure the best pricing and quality, we'll always work with you to find a solution that fits your needs.
Can you help with design ideas or custom artwork/logos?
Yes, absolutely! Design services are a core part of our approach. We understand that not everyone is a design expert, and we're here to help. Whether you have a rough sketch on a napkin or a fully-formed idea in your head, our team can help bring it to life. We can clean up existing logos, create a new design from scratch, or simply offer our expert advice to ensure your vision translates perfectly to a finished product.
What kind of artwork do you need for my project?
To ensure the highest quality and best results, we prefer either a .PNG or .PDF format for your artwork. These files allow us to easily digitize the artwork to scale your design to any size without losing clarity or detail and prepare it for our next step.
What's the difference between screen printing, embroidery, and DTF?
We use the right tool for every job! Here's a quick breakdown:
- Screen Printing: Perfect for bold, vibrant designs. Ink is pushed through a stencil onto fabric, creating a classic, professional look. It's ideal for t-shirts and large, solid-color graphics.
- Embroidery: This method uses thread to stitch your design directly onto the garment. It provides a classic, textured, and premium feel. Best for hats, jackets, polo shirts, and smaller logos.
- DTF (Direct-to-Film): This is a newer method that's perfect for complex, full-color designs. Your artwork is printed onto a special film and then heat-pressed onto the garment. It offers incredible detail and vibrant colors on almost any fabric type.

How do you Merch Store Design and Drop-shipping services work?
Our Merch Store and Drop-Shipping services are designed to be a completely hands-off solution for you. We partner with your brand to design and launch a custom online store featuring your products. When a customer places an order, we handle everything from production to packaging and shipping directly to their door. You get to earn passive income and grow your brand without worrying about inventory, fulfillment, or logistics.
Logistics & Policies
What are your typical turnaround times?
We pride ourselves on delivering your order quickly without sacrificing quality. Our standard turnaround time is typically 2 weeks from the time you approve the final mock-up and provide payment. Please note that more complex projects, larger quantities, and current workload may affect this timeline. We'll always provide you with a clear and transparent project timeline from the very start.
Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes, we do! If you are local to the Boise, Idaho area, you can make note in your inquiry that you would prefer to pick-up in shop. Once your order is complete and ready for pick-up, we will send you an email notification with instructions and our address and we'll have your order ready for you.
What is Brigade's exchange or return policy?
We get it. Sometimes things don't fit quite right, or the color's just not your vibe. No worries! For merch purchased directly from our website (such as Everyone is Welcome Here), you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (trying it on is totally fine!).
- Limited edition items are eligible for exchange while supplies last.
